Powerhouse Parramatta $600M

Jabin are engaged by the project Facade Contractor, Onsite Group (OSG), to provide complete Façade/Structural design, analysis, testing
and certification services for the new Powerhouse Museum precinct’s external envelope systems located in Parramatta, NSW.

Facade systems include bespoke oversized (5.7m x 2m) Curtain Wall systems with high movement allowance and provision for external exo-
skeleton structural penetrations; Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) cladding panel and structural steel support frames; oversized bespoke “Airport” tilt door systems and customised frameless glass doors.
 

'Sydney Place' George Street Plaza Precinct

Jabin was engaged by the façade contractor, Onsite Group to provide full structural and façade design, engineering and certification scope of services for the new arched feature roof to the redeveloped Jacksons on George bar precinct. It features a 12m x 36m elongated arched roof with large solar cut-out for natural light, cladded by numerous individual cylindrical terracotta “baguette” cladding elements.
